1. Services

Swift Move India Packers & Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading and related relocation services as described in the quotation, docket or booking confirmation.

2. Quotations and charges

Quotations are valid until the date mentioned on them. Charges are based on the information supplied by the customer. If the actual goods, distance, floors or services differ, the charges may be revised.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed on acceptance of the quotation and payment of the agreed advance. The balance is payable as agreed in writing.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate details, ensure access to premises, and not hand over prohibited, illegal, hazardous or perishable goods. Cash, jewellery, valuables and important documents should be carried by the customer.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care of goods in our custody. Unless transit insurance has been separately arranged, goods are carried at the owner's risk. Any damage or shortage must be reported in writing at the time of delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation or rescheduling terms are as stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Charges may apply for costs already incurred.

7. Tracking

Shipment tracking information is provided for convenience and reflects the latest update entered by our team.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
